Go to Services under the Practice Setup side tab category
Click the New Service button to create a new service
Fill out the New Service form and set it as non-billable
- In the new service modal, input the name of you service
- Set the category of that specific service that you are about to add
- Make sure to set the Fee to zero
- Set the service to be added as Non-billable
- If you want to add additional details about the service, you can input it in the Description field
- In the Billing Settings, just leave the custom fee and travel fee to zero amount
