Before saving or signing a note, consider asking yourself these questions:

  1. 1. Have I completed all necessary actions for this client event? Should I include a picture or attachment to the note?

Answer: If you still have tasks for this client event, you might want to hold off on signing it. This indicates to yourself that there is no more work to be done. After signing a note, you can only edit for 24 hours. If you need to make changes, save it first, then sign it later.

  1. 2. Should I share this note with my client?

Answer: If you are sharing the note with your client, consider reviewing it a second time for spelling and grammar. Remember, after signing a note, you only have 24 hours to make changes before it locks.

Note: When closing the loop, remember that you have only 24 hours to make changes after signing a note. You can toggle the columns to filter by draft or signed, ensuring all notes in draft form are signed to complete the loop.
