When creating a session event in the scheduler, the practitioner must mark the client’s attendance before saving or signing the session in the third step of the session event, known as the Outcome stage. 


1. In the Outcome stage, you will find the attendance section, offering 5 ways to mark a client’s attendance - Attended, Cancelled, Late Cancellation, No Show or Non-billable. 

 

 

  1. 2. To indicate that a client attended a session, simply click on the green Attended button.

  1. 3. To mark a session as cancelled for a client, click on the red Cancelled buttonNote that sessions marked as cancelled will not be included for billing.

  1. 4. To mark a client who cancelled late for the session, click on the orange Late cancellation button. These sessions will be recorded as billable uninvoiced items.

  1. 5. To indicate that a client did not show up for the session, click on the grey No Show button. These items will be listed as billable items to be included in the invoice.

  1. 6. To mark a session as non-billable event, click on the grey Non-billable buttonThis will ensure that these items are included on the invoice as billable charges. 

 

 

  1. 7. Once you have marked the client’s attendance, click either the Save Check button or the Sign icon at the top to save and close the session event. 

 

Note: Once a note is signed, you only have 24 hours to make amendments to it. If you need to add anything further to this note, you may select save instead of sign.
