Go to the Finances Tab
Select a drafted invoice within the client chart modal
Next, click the Edit button located at the top, next to the three vertical dots button
Notice how the invoice changes when you click the Edit button. This allows you to:
a. Customize your header
b. Edit the invoice date and period
c. Adjust taxes, add travel time, include comments, and more
To access additional customization options, click on either the Add Custom, Add Existing, Select Tax, or Comment button located below the invoice modal
To modify the due date of an invoice, click on the “Due By” dropdown button located in the footer of your invoice.
Next, choose your preferred date for the invoice’s due date
To save all changes, click the Save button at the top of the invoice modal, and choose an option from the dropdown menu to save your changes
Furthermore, to use the More button, click on it and select an option to either Mark as Submitted or Delete the invoice
