  1. Choose and select a drafted invoice from the Finance tab in the client chart modal.


  1. Next, click the Edit button seen at the top beside the 3 vertical dots button. 


  1. Notice how the invoice appeared when the Edit button was clicked. This allows you to do the following:

  1. Customize your header

  2. Edit your invoice date and period

  3. Edit the tax within the invoice, add travel time, type comments, and etc.



  1. To use other customization options, select either Add CustomAdd ExistingSelect Tax, and Comment button below the invoice modal.


  1. To edit the due date of an invoice, click the Due By Dropdown button in the footer of your invoice.


  1. Next, select your preferred date for the invoice due date.


  1. To save all changes, click the Save button at the top of the invoice modal. Select an option to save from the Dropdown menu.


  1. Additionally, to use the More button, click and choose an option to Mark as Submitted or Delete the invoice.
