- It is important to mark the attendance or status of an event. To include an event for invoicing, attendance or status must be marked.
1. In the Outcome Stage of the Scheduler, please pay attention to the Attendance section, where you will find five (5) options to indicate the status of an indirect session.
2. To indicate that an indirect event was completed, select the green “Attended” button.
3. To indicate that an indirect event was cancelled, simply select the “Canceled” button.
4. To indicate that an indirect event was a late cancellation, select the “Late Cancellation” button.
5. To indicate that an indirect event was a No show, select the “No Show” button.
6. To indicate that an indirect event was non-billable, select the “Non-billable” button.
7. After marking the status of an indirect session, click either the “Save Check” button or the “Sign” icon at the top to save and close the session event.
Note: Once a note is signed, you only have 24 hours to make amendments to it. If you need to add something to this note, select the “Save” button instead of signing it.
