Note:

- For indirect events, the client is not present during the session. Therefore instead of marking attendance, like you would on a direct event, you will mark the status. 

- It is important to mark the attendance or status of an event. For an event to show up to be invoiced, the attendance or status needs to be marked. 



  1. In the outcomes stage, notice the Status section where there are 4 ways to mark the status of an indirect session.




  1. To mark an indirect event that was completed, select the green Completed button.



  1. To mark an indirect event that is ongoing, select the blue In Progress button.



  1. To mark an indirect event that was paused, select the orange On Hold button.



  1. To mark an indirect event that hasn't started at all, select the gray Not Started button.



  1. When you have marked the status of an indirect session, click the Save Check or the Sign Icon at the top to save and close the session event. 


Note: Keeping in mind that once a note is signed you only have 24 hrs to make amendments to it. If you still have something to add to this note you should select save.
