What are Built-in blocks?

Built-in Blocks are specialized blocks that have been pre-configured with useful fields and settings. Some built-in blocks allow you to gather client’s basic information, their service and visit preferences, and more. You can also add in your clinic’s “terms of service” and ask for clients’ consent.

Some form types require specific built-in blocks to be added in order to be used in a specific way. For example:

  • You need to include the Client Profile block before the system can allow you to toggle a self-intake/consent form type as “live.” This sets your form live for anyone who visits your website.

Note:

  • You need to click the Gear icon to access the Properties of a built-in block.

  • Block properties - This is where you can enter data, enable visibility of certain fields, and toggle on the signature feature for a block. You can also type the question on the field provided.

  • Block preview - This is where you can view the content of your block which will be the appearance in the client portal or the main website (for self-intake).

Types of Built-in blocks:

  1. Client Profile

Note: You are able to make a field visible or required on this block. Although, there are fields purposely blocked since it is a default requirement on the Therabyte system. Also, you can Toggle ON the Signature feature in order for the client to agree on the consent privileges they have agreed to or not.
