TB Meet is a secure platform for the portal-to-portal telehealth feature. Therabyte continuously improves its video platform and below are the following control buttons you can use to maximize the use of TB Meet:
Microphone - mute or unmute your voice on the TB meet platform.
Camera - enable or disable your camera to let the client see you while in session. This can be enabled at the same time with the screen share button.
Screen share - share your screen alongside the camera during the video session. This is helpful when doing a task-based activity using a third-party app. Here’s an article to read: Share screen and practitioner's video with a client
Chatbox - communicate your instructions clearly using the chatbox. A practitioner can also do a poll during the video session.
Hand icon - raise or lower your hand during a group call either by team members within the clinic or activity with multiple clients. The user can also choose emoticons from the arrow situated above the button.
Toggle Tile view - choose a different view of how the camera is positioned for both client(s) and practitioner(s).
Performance setting - adjust video settings from best performance to highest quality.
Additional actions - the user can perform or check the following: view full screen, security options, mute everyone, disable everyone’s camera, share video or audio, select background, and other backend settings.
Leave button - click to end the video session.
