Owner Role Access
In addition to regular user access, the back-office portion of the application grants access to additional roles, as outlined below:
- Crews
- Raw Data Reports
- Forms
- Settings
- Landing page
- Services
- Funders
- Third Party
- Templates
- Logs
Adding another owner to the clinic
If you have another practitioner or co-owner at your clinic, you can add them to your Therabyte account. This grants them access to the back-office features, including management and practice setup folders.
Go to the top left dropdown menu and select “Settings”
In the Clinic Owner(s) section, click on the down arrow icon
Choose the person you want to add from the dropdown menu. Once selected, they will have owner privileges for the clinic.
To save changes made on the settings page, simply click the “Save” button on the upper right corner of the screen.
