1. After sending the welcome email to your client, they should have received an email from the clinic you're working with (In this example, the clinic name is Demo Practice) to set up their client portal access. This email may sometimes go to the junk/spam folder, so ask them to check there. Your client will receive something like this:



2. Click Login to direct your client to log in to their Client Portal. Type email registered in Therabyte and let your client confirm password.




3. After clicking Confirm, they will see this

Type in the email and password, then click Login. They can now access their portal.



Visit the practitioner website or URL. Click on the login button, and enter the email and password your client previously set up. Please let them bookmark the clinic page for future logins.




Your client can now view appointments, invoices, forms, and notes/documents shared by the practitioner in the client portal.
