First things first

First thing you will want to do is set up a few things to get you rolling right away:

1. Review the settings and update your password.

2. Create a few services, this is important because services are connected to chart notes and determine how the system will invoice for items. 

3. Add in funders

4. Add in clients

5. Schedule in your clients

6. Start charting on client related events.

Practice Web Page

This is where you can find the online booking and self-intake features. To set an appointment, click the Book Appointment button to specify the details necessary to proceed with your appointment. Read Client online booking to learn more about how to book an appointment online. As for self-intake, click the Self-Intake button and fill out the fields needed to submit the self-intake form. Read Self-Intake to learn more about the self-intake process.

Manage Clients and Waitlist

Therabyte allows you to manage your clients and waitlist easily, as well as access their information efficiently through the Clients page.

Aside from manually adding your client's information, Therabyte makes it easier for you by allowing the clients to do the work themselves. Clients will just have to go to the Practice web page, provide their basic information to proceed with online booking and self-intake. When they are done, their basic information will be readily available for you to check.


To view the client details, select a specific client on the Active client list


Click their name to deploy the client chart modal


In the client chart modal, you may navigate through the header tabs whether you want to check the client's clinical information (Clinic Info), view their primary and other necessary contacts (People), their service invoices (Finances), goal progress (Trees), and their chart notes (Files). 



Manage Event Session and Session Notes

Therabyte offers good visualization of your event sessions. With this, you as a practitioner would easily identify the different types of events that you have in your scheduler according to their placeholder colors. The scheduler is also designed to easily determine the time frame of your session events, and also determine the current status or progress of a specific event by just looking at the 3-dot progress which is displayed on the top-right area of your event placeholder.

In the event manager, you will be able to set your event details (Event Stage) and input the plans that you have for that specific session (Plan). For the last stage which is the outcome, you are required to specify your attendance and provide session notes, as well as sign them to confirm the session note content and finish the event session. Manage Invoicing

With Therabyte, you can easily invoice specific finished sessions. You can go directly to the client’s information modal, view their finance records, and add uninvoiced items to be invoiced.


Another way to bill uninvoiced sessions is by going to the Billing page. In the Uninvoiced session list, you may select multiple sessions that you want to invoice, but only for one person at a time. Once you checked a session of that specific client, you can no longer select the uninvoiced sessions of other clients.


With the help of Therabyte, it is no longer necessary to compose your own email about the client’s invoices.  Therabyte has a readily available feature that automatically emails the invoice details to the client or to his contact persons, in just a couple of clicks.


Secure Online Video Sessions

 Therabyte has a video conferencing feature called TB Meet, which allows you to conduct your session online. In TB Meet, you can enable your camera so that the client can see you, while at the same time, sharing your screen with him or her, in case there are any necessary information or illustrations that you want your client to see simultaneously while you are on video session
