To minimize confusion and streamline the process of accessing the client portal. You can set your client or 3rd party contact up with a temporary password.
1. Navigate to My Office and then select Clinic Users under Management.
2. From the list of clients, select your client and choose the Account tab to set and confirm a new password. Make sure to click Save after.
3. We highly recommend that you share the password with your client in a separate email from their username and the login page to enhance security.
4. Make sure that client has your website page URL (eg. https://demopractice.therabyte.app/site) or the direct login page (eg.https://demopractice.therabyte.app/login)
